RETENTION
Retention is a complex issue of acceptable loss. Students from poverty backgrounds have a lower threshold for acceptable loss because they have had to make hard choices throughout their lives. We must create connections with our students that increase our worth in terms of being an acceptable loss. Our students have low trust and low frustration thresholds, so the school can quickly become an acceptable loss if we cannot manage that frustration and trust. Fracture Critical Retention is a retention system based on the student experience life cycle providing an interventional agenda.

NONPROFITS
We offer a variety of services to the nonprofit sector. We can create curriculum to enhance your programs, new program proposals, and research options for enhancing your programs. We will create training specific to your industry and needs. We offer training on grant readiness, where we will cover with the staff the required documentation and implementation records of grants. We will also research, write and administer grants based on the needs of your organization.
